Model law for patient dignity, what's that? What are the foundations of this model, the concepts? Might there be some remnants of an existing foundation that this new model could be concieved from? What about respecting patients privacy as most every state nursing board has in it's rules and regulations concerning behavior. What about the oath of Hippocrates, I will respect the privacy of my patients. It's all a big farce, all about money and all about power plays within the corporate structure of hospitals. It's not about the patient, never was.
